Our company was founded in 1918 by Isaac Cohen as the Bayonne News
Company. In 1947, under the leadership of Robert Cohen, the Hudson County News
Company began delivering magazines in Hudson County, New Jersey. Today, Hudson
News Distributors, LLC remains a family owned company managed by James Cohen.
While our heritage and primary focus is to continue to champion the
magazine and book categories, it is our evolving mindset towards product
diversification that will provide new opportunities for incremental revenue and
growth.
